Raleigh Raceway would like to advise the final round of the NSW S1 Rallysprint Series scheduled for October 29 has been cancelled due to weather conditions. They do not like cancelling events however they are unable to program another day this year to run the event.
The NSW S1 Rallysprint Calendar for 2023 is currently being finalised so look forward to the announcement when it has been approved.
Due to various weather events and resultant damage to roads some NSW Series S1 Rallysprint events have had to be postponed. The revised calendar is below.
This will be the season ending round for all NSW Rally Series including the NSW Rally Championship, East Coast Classic Rally Series (2WD & 4WD), Clubman Rally Series and the Hyundai Rally Series. Entries are open at the following link so get in quick!
The following minor changes (in bold italics) have been made to the NSW Rally Competition Conditions due to a recent update to the “Rally Standing Regulations – Vehicles General” to the list of vehicle categories that are eligible to compete in Australia.
11.2.1 NSW Rally Championship
FIA Group R5, FIA Rally 2, FIA Rally 3, FIA Rally 4 & FIA Rally 5 vehicles are not eligible for points in this NSW Series.
11.2.4 Clubman Rally Series
Group AP4, Group G4 and FIA Group R5, FIA Rally 2, FIA Rally 3, FIA Rally 4 & FIA Rally 5 vehicles are not eligible for points in this NSW Series.
