Competitors contesting the 2026 Draper’s Civil Contracting Ada River Rally will have an exciting opportunity to maximise their championship campaign, with full Shamrock Haulage NSW Rally Championship and East Coast Classic Rally Series (2WD & 4WD) points to be awarded for each of the event’s three heats.

Following a decision by the NSW Rally Panel, each of the three heats will award full championship points, recognising the significant commitment required for NSW competitors to travel interstate to Noojee, Victoria. The additional points opportunity gives crews even more incentive to make the trip and maximise their championship campaign across the weekend.

The Ada River Rally is Round 4 of the Shamrock Haulage NSW Rally Championship and Round 5 of the East Coast Classic Rally Series (2WD & 4WD) and is based in the picturesque township of Noojee. Competitors will tackle approximately 180 kilometres of competitive stages across a mix of day and night competition, making it one of the most challenging and rewarding events of the season.

By awarding full points for each heat, crews have the opportunity to score valuable championship points throughout the weekend, adding another layer of strategy and excitement to the battle for the 2026 title.

The event will feature a Roadbook only format, along with a Test & Media Day on Friday, 21st August, allowing competitors to fine-tune their cars before the competition begins.

The NSW Rally Panel hopes the decision will encourage more NSW crews to make the trip south and support an event that has become a favourite among competitors for its outstanding roads, challenging stages and welcoming atmosphere.

Whether you’re chasing championship honours or simply looking forward to another outstanding weekend of forest rallying, the Draper’s Civil Contracting Ada River Rally promises to be one of the highlights of the 2026 Rally NSW season.
