The East Coast Classic Rally Series (2WD & 4WD) continued at the 2026 Draper’s Civil Contracting Ada River Rally, with crews taking on the challenging roadbook stages through the forests around Noojee, Victoria.

There was plenty of classic rally machinery in action, with separate battles for honours in both the 2WD and 4WD categories.

ECCRS 2WD

It was Luke Sytema and Renee Sytema who came out on top of the ECCRS 2WD competition, taking the victory in their Ford Escort RS1800.

Jonathan Moir and Cathal Nolan secured second place aboard their Ford Mk2 Escort, while Anthony Morrow and Samantha Morrow completed the 2WD podium in their Holden Commodore VH.

ECCRS 4WD

In the ECCRS 4WD competition, Jake Bramble and Phillip Bonser took the win in their Nissan Pulsar GTi-R, adding another great result to their weekend at Ada River.

Dennis Stanford and Luke Stanford finished second in their Subaru Impreza WRX, with Michael Chora and Rachael Ferrante taking third place in another Subaru Impreza WRX.

Congratulations to all the East Coast Classic Rally Series (2WD & 4WD) competitors who made the trip to Noojee and took on the Ada River Rally.

With Ada River now complete, attention turns to the final round of the 2026 East Coast Classic Rally Series (2WD & 4WD), the Rally of Oberon on the 14th November.

With championship positions still to be decided, Oberon is set to provide a fitting finale to the 2026 ECCRS season.
